Even the simplest project here solves a real problem.

I’m Muhammad Riyad, a full-stack engineer. I build responsive web applications, mobile apps, and backend systems focused on eliminating manual friction.

From single-purpose utility tools to custom ERP systems, everything in this portfolio was built to do one thing well: solve an actual need with clean, reliable code. I learned this the hard way so you don’t need to.

// How I Work & Deliver

From problem to production without surprises

A predictable, milestone-based engineering workflow built on hands-on prototyping, regular check-in demos, and post-launch backing.

STAGE 01 Discovery

Workflow & Pain Points Audit

Before writing code, I analyze your actual operational bottlenecks. If your current business workflow has structural flaws, we restructure the logic first so software solves the right problem.

STAGE 02 Milestone 1

Architecture & Prototyping

I model database schemas, technical architecture, and interactive prototypes for your hands-on review. We do a final walkthrough to collect all feedback and lock in client preferences.

STAGE 03 Build Sprints

Iterative Builds & Demos

Full-stack development with clear communication. Based on project scope, you get scheduled progress demos every 1–2 weeks so you always see working software and never experience radio silence.

STAGE 04 Delivery

Testing, QA & Deployment

Rigorous cross-device testing, edge-case validation, and performance benchmarks. Deployed directly to live cloud infrastructure or handed over as a clean, documented repository upon sign-off.

STAGE 05 Included with every project

30 Days of Dedicated Support & Maintenance

I stand behind what I build. Every project includes one full month of complimentary post-launch monitoring, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure everything operates smoothly under real-world traffic.

// UI & UX Decisions · Design Breakdown

Good UI is about clarity, not decoration.

A good interface doesn't need extra decoration. It needs clean spacing, simple text, and obvious buttons so people find what they need and take action without confusion.

Bad Example
Hard to read
What makes this hard to use:
  • ✕ Shouting title: Long all-caps text that users scroll past instead of reading.
  • ✕ Messy details: Property type, bedrooms, and size are stacked in a list that wastes space and slows down scanning.
  • ✕ Button overload: Four identical blue buttons with equal weight make it confusing to decide where to click first.
Good Example
Easy to scan
Real estate property card after redesign - Clean hierarchy and balanced CTAs
Why this works:
  • ✓ Clear title & location: A clean property name paired with a clear location tag so users know what it is immediately.
  • ✓ Clean 3-column specs: Beds, baths, and square footage organized in a neat row with simple dividers.
  • ✓ Clear action hierarchy: One obvious primary Call button, with WhatsApp and Email easy to spot as secondary options.

// Design Principles

Simple rules I follow for every screen

01 · CLARITY

Put Key Info First

People glance at cards in seconds: photo, price, main specs, and location. Keep those front and center.

02 · CLEAR ACTIONS

One Obvious Next Step

When every button looks identical, users hesitate. Make the main action stand out and keep secondary options calm.

03 · CLEAN SPACING

Organized Numbers & Details

Use neat columns and subtle dividers so numbers and details are effortless to read without feeling crowded.

04 · ROOM TO BREATHE

Give Content Space

Clean margins and comfortable padding keep screens calm and make the interface pleasant to interact with.
